The Collection

I have been collecting Jan's cityscapes for over 40 years. As a lover of places and the artwork that depicts them, I have always been drawn to Jan's unique talent for capturing the essence of cities and places with which I have had an intimate familarity. In each work, I'm able to see not only finely detailed buildings, places and neighborhoods that have been important in my life but also the larger fabric of a neighborhood, city or even a region within which those individual components lie. Jan's pieces are a never-ending source of memory triggers and new discoveries for me. Can't wait to add the future "San Miguel de Allende" to my collection!

Cute sign, great quality, and perfect for a basement bar. A great gift for any wine lover. I'll be back!

The Collection

Having collected Jan's artwork for years, I hold her pieces incredibly close to my heart. Prints like Carmel-by-the-Sea and Lahaina Days bring back treasured memories of Carmel, golfing in Pebble Beach, and many years living in Maui. Lahaina Days now carries even deeper meaning, preserving the memory of Front Street and Maui's enduring beauty. I'm forever grateful to Jan for capturing the essence of these special places and allowing me to relive them through her art.

Laugh Lines

Just so funny. I work for an eye surgeon, so eye charts are my life. Wine is my go to drink.

The Collection

"Jan's artwork isn't just beautiful, it's a portal to cherished memories. Each cityscape hanging in my home captures a specific time and place. Her Parisian cafe scene, La Palette, reminds me of our honeymoon. Her Westwood Village print brings back my daughter's UCLA years; and the San Francisco serigraph in my son's room takes us back to our first family trip there. Jan's art has become a cherished family heirloom - not just prints, but tangible memories we revisit again and again."
